Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service 5/10/2021 Return
Gem State Staffing is now accepting applications for a full time data entry/Customer Service position with a local company. This is a temp-to-permanent position in Twin Falls.
This position will receive incoming information and Purchase Orders from the Sales Department and Customer Service to input into the MRP System.
Inputting Purchase Orders in MRP System.
Customer Order / Line Field
Process Revised Purchase Orders
Inputting New Customers into the MRP System
Understanding and interpreting Purchase Orders
Qualified applicants must meet the following skills and abilities:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: ex. excel, word, outlook, etc.
Experience using PC and computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
Have knowledge of using office equipment including copiers, multi-line telephones, fax machines, calculators and filing systems.
Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control.
Knowledge of and skill in working with numbers and pricing.
Ability to communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, shop workers, and business contacts in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, using telephone, e-mail or by fax.
Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain a self-starter attitude and work ethic.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check (no felonies).
Must be detail oriented and have good attention to detail.
Have good written and verbal communication skills.
