Customer service representatives can expect to work 40 hours per week. Our branch is open 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday – Friday. This position is essential to the successful day-to-day operation of the branch. Customer service representatives assist the branch manager in interviewing candidates, filling job orders, payroll, data entry, marketing research, client services, and report generation to name a few. This is a career opportunity.
Must pass background/drug screen/motor vehicle report screening
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to handle high stress situations
Must have above average computer skills
Must have Microsoft programs experience (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Must be able to work independently and with little supervision
