Food Production Worker 4/12/2021 Return
Gem State Staffing in Boise is now accepting applications for multiple positions for a company in the food production industry located in Mountain Home, ID.
Candidates will be performing general labor type tasks such as packaging, wrapping, boxing, palletizing etc. Individuals will be responsible for inspecting product on the line, lifting, machine operating, operating a forklift in some positions, maintaining a clean work environment, along with general clean-up of the facility. This is a Monday through Friday schedule with Saturdays when mandatory.
Compensation for these positions start at $13.00 – $14.60/hr.
$1.00/hr raise after working 240 hours
$1.50/hr after working 480 hours
1st Shift: 6am-2pm $13-13.50/hr
2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm $13.65-$14.15/hr
3rd Shift: 10pm-6am $14.10-$14.60/hr..
** All Shifts have flexibility in days/hours worked. If you’re only available to work a couple days a week or you can’t work an entire shift, we still encourage you to apply!! **
Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:
· Ability to stand on feet for extended hours
· Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. in some positions
· Bend, stoop and twist
· Comply with company safety policies and regulations
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and potentially holidays
